Manual tomato and fruit press, cast iron and stainless steel with 4 grids from 0,5 to 2 mm.
Make sauces, coulis, jams, soups and much more.  

Peel and seed small fruits, chestnuts, quinces (cooked hard fruits) and of course tomatoes, collect the pulp and juice only.
Works continuously, the waste comes out at the end of an endless screw.  

Double tinned cast iron work body.
Acetal resin worm, resistant and easy to maintain.
Stainless steel juice and pulp collector.
19 cm diameter stainless steel hopper.  

Supplied with a complete set of 4 perforated filter grids:
- 1.5 mm perforations (standard) ideal for tomatoes,
- large holes of 2 mm to keep a few seeds in the grout,
- 0,8 mm fine perforations for jams and sauces of small red fruits,
- very fine perforations of 0.5 mm for tiny seeds such as raspberries and perfectly smooth coulis.
