HR® ceramic bun mold (High Strength). This oven-resistant ceramic allows you to recreate the conditions of a baker's oven in a domestic oven to make crispy breads with a light and airy crumb. The heat and humidity are perfectly regulated by the mold and the lid for an optimal result.
The 5 18 cm long slots with ridged bottoms allow you to collect the mini baguettes simply at the end of cooking.  

The charcoal charcoal gray enameling of the mold gives a very resistant vitrified surface, easy to clean and does not keep odors from one cooking to another. So, going from a bacon bread to a Vienna bread with chocolate chips is quite possible.
