The cylinder and its support are made of stainless steel.
The flat-bottomed cylinder prevents waste and its tilting attachment allows it to be filled without removing it. It is fully removable for cleaning. It measures 20 cm in diameter and 46 cm long, which allows you to easily pass your hand through it. Its volume of 13 liters allows you to push 10 to 12 kg of melee.
The piston is provided with a valve to remove the air during the pushing and the embossing of the hoses. It also has a perfectly sealed seal.
The vertical position facilitates the work of the push and gives a better result with more liquid preparations such as sausage.
The manual mechanism has two speeds. The first, geared down, allows effortless pushing and the faster second allows the piston to return in a few turns of the cranks.
