This plancha with a robust enamelled cast iron plate offers many advantages by its design.

The cast iron absorbs heat and diffuses it for a long time with the same temperature over the entire 60x40 cm surface. It also has the ability to go up to a very high temperature to sear meat and fish. Its 20 mm thickness ensures that you store a large amount of heat and withstand strong heat and intense or repeated use.
The enamel coating that covers this cast iron plate gives a smooth surface that is easy to clean and offers little grip to the food that cooks on it. Enamel provides a very strong glazed surface on which you can cut and use metal instruments.  

The two independent 1750 W electric resistances.
The electric resistances have a serpentine shape in order to distribute the heat very quickly. The two burners offer two cooking surfaces that you can regulate each independently with the two control knobs.
Each element offers 1,750 W of power, or 3,500 W in total, to quickly heat the cast iron cooking plate and provide the power needed to heat up to a very high temperature and sear food.
Individual thermostat buttons allowing adjustment from 0 to 300 ° C with operation indicator lights (power on and resistance operation).   

A large capacity juice and cooking juices collector (1 liter) is provided. It is built into the front, allowing the cooking juices to be easily collected without disturbing the cook.
