This storage and maturation chamber for meat has a compressor and fan to control the temperature to the degree of 2 to 14°C precisely and evenly throughout the cellar.
The moisture content is also adjustable from 50 to 85% in order to adapt to any type of products (meat, cheese...) and maturation.
The cellar and its glass door are insulated to reduce power consumption, and the power of 240 watts allows good performance.
