This vegetable cutter is designed mainly in stainless steel and aluminum. Sturdy plastics are guaranteed for food contact and BPA-free.
The waterproof control panel is equipped with leds to visualize the settings made at a glance. It is controlled by 6 buttons to access all functions and to adjust the speed (variable speed at 5 levels) and all functions.
The 100 W ventilated, robust, quiet motor (only 50 db) and vibration-free is manufactured in France.
Asynchronous and without coals, its durable design ensures a long life. The engine block is cast in cast aluminium, light and strong.
The accessories have discreet and efficient magnetic safeties that allow a simple and quick installation without tools (patented system) and a high level of safety for the user.

Tanks, discs, knives and other parts in contact with food are easily disassembled without tools and are dishwasher safe.
