Short barbecue model, easy to store and convenient to use.  

Flambadou (patois Occitan) or lard flamboir in good French, to melt and flambé bacon on your grill. The result is golden meat, grilled to perfection and well watered to be mellow.
Short handle model derived from the traditional model used with the screwdriver in chimneys and large fireplaces.
Steel cone 5 mm thick to be able to heat it red.
Length of 50 cm allows to store it easily with all the barbecue utensils and easier to arrange on the small barbecue to heat the cone to red.
The cone is split on the side to let the melted bacon flow freely.
Use:
Place the steel cone on embers to heat red.
Hold the handle with gloves to place the cone over the roasted meat.
Put pieces of bacon in the red cone.
The fat ignites and flows on the meat, which remains motley while being well grilled and takes a beautiful golden color.
