Ceramic refractory plate for baking bread with a dough and flour nibbler

Set for preparing and baking bread with square enamelled refractory plate, dough cutter and 1 kg of flour.
For home-made bread with a well-baked crust and soft crumb.  

Set for easy bread making including the following utensils :
- a 35 cm square enamelled ceramic refractory plate in Grand Cru Emile Henry red exclusively for Tom Press,
- a baker's nibble with stainless steel blade,
- a straight stainless steel dough cutter,
- one kilo of T65 wheat flour from the Tarn, produced by sustainable agriculture.  

Refractory ceramic plate resistant to the flame and embers as well as to the heat of the oven. The ceramic stores the heat and releases it gently, smoothly and evenly over the entire surface of the plate. This results in breads with a crispy crust, even at the bottom.
Grand Cru red enamel coating gives a glazed surface allowing the use of stainless steel utensils without fear. The very smooth surface has a low adhesion and remains easy to clean as you use it.
Wide handles of approx. 12 cm raised and curved to catch, carry and handle the plate easily.  

Baker's nibble for making fine, clean incisions to create crispy nibbles (crust) when baking. Supplied with blade protection sheath.  

Stainless steel dough cutter with straight blade and plastic handle.  

T65 wheat flour whose wheat grown in sustainable agriculture is produced and processed in the Tarn.  

This plate can also be used for baking pies, pizzas or as a plancha on the barbecue or on gas.  

It can be put from the freezer to the oven, as well as in the dishwasher.
