By design, with its stainless steel vault and a refractory stone hob 80 x 80 cm for 3 cm thick, this oven combines both tradition and professionalism.
The materials used for the insulation of the cooking chamber, ceramic fibers and natural rock wool, allow rapid heating with very little wood, but also maintain a constant temperature for a long time. The flue of its chimney is fitted with a smoke control valve: once the desired temperature is reached in the cooking chamber, you can reduce the output of the smoke so that the heat generated inside is preserved.
A large window on the door will help you visualize your cooking without having to open it. Anti-scald handles and an integrated thermometer complete this oven.
Placed on a sturdy cart equipped with a receptacle for wood, it will easily find its place on a terrace for your meals with family or friends.
The dimensions of its baking chamber allow for example to cook 5 pizzas at the same time or 5 kg of bread and you can cook dishes for 8 people.  

This oven is delivered assembled ready for use. It is light and easily transportable.
