Rose-necked Milan turnip seeds.
The Milanese turnip is an early variety. Soft, soft flesh with a pleasant flavor. Root medium, flattened, completely smooth.  

Sowing in the ground: March-April-May-June-July-August-September
Sowing aid: direct sowing in rows after the last frosts, space the rows 25-30 cm apart, on light soil. Cover the seeds a little, press down.  

Growing aid: the turnip does not appreciate the drought which makes the roots fibrous. Thin out when the plants have 5 to 6 leaves, spacing them 10 cm apart.  

Harvest: May-June-July-August-September-October-November.
Harvesting aid: harvest as they develop and as needed. Possibility of keeping them cool for a few days or for the winter by storing them in the cellar or by leaving them in the garden, protecting them from frost.  

Tips: water abundantly in times of drought, possibility of mulching.
