Strawberry spinach seeds

Spinach-strawberry seeds.
Strawberry spinach is a fruit vegetable, the historical origin of which is North America. Young dark green leaves are used, serrated like spinach (beetroot flavor). After flowering, fleshy red fruits appear in glomeruli, sweet and juicy which can be eaten plain, in salad or in jam.  

Sowing in the ground: April-May-June. Sunny exposure to partial shade.
Sowing aid: clear sowing, in place, in rows spaced 30 cm apart, at a depth of 2 cm in all directions in rich, cool soil, with sunny exposure (partial shade in the South of France).
Growing aid: thin out to 25/30 cm between plants at the 4 to 5 leaf stage  

Harvest: June-July-August-September-October
Harvesting aid: harvest as and when you need it. Harvesting part of the leaves of the plant promotes the production of new leaves.  

Tips: this plant can be grown in the ground or in a pot. This annual reseeds spontaneously.
