Organic borage seeds AB
Often used for its medicinal properties, its leaves and flowers, raw or cooked, are eaten as a condiment or dried, are appreciated in infusion or decoction for their diuretic action but also to fight against skin problems, acne, eczema and even rheumatism. Its seeds will be used to make an oil rich in essential fatty acids.
Often called "elixir of youth", it contains a large amount of gamma linolenic acid, a rare substance in the plant world.  

Sowing under shelter: February-March-April-May
Full ground sowing: March-April-May-June on all types of soil
Exposure: sunny / partial shade  

Tips: For better emergence, soak the seeds for 2 days in lukewarm water and keep the soil cool.
Promotes pollination and strengthens the resistance of its companion plants. Keeps away caterpillars and slugs. Used in the preparation of compost and liquid manure  

Harvest: April-May-June-July-August-September-October-November  

Companion plants: Marigolds, Indian carnations, strawberries.
