Refractory ceramic plate resistant to the flame and ember of the barbecue as well as to the heat of the oven. Ceramic stores heat and makes it soft, smooth and homogeneous over the entire surface of the plate. This makes it possible to obtain well-cooked pasta, which does not stay wet or glued but on the contrary crispy.
Charcoal grey enamel coating giving a glazed surface supporting knives and other metal utensils just like an abrasive sponge. The very smooth surface has little grip and remains easy to clean as you use it.
Wide handles about 12 cm raised and curved to catch, carry and easily manipulate the plate.  

The paste used for this French ceramic is particularly resistant and allows many uses:
- in the oven, whether for pizzas, flaming Flammenkueche tarts, focaccia, cookies and other cookies, small ovens but also pies with a suitable ring or bread by preheating the plate well.
It is possible to use the grill of your oven with this plate as needed for your recipes.
- on the barbecue, placed on the grill to be used as a plancha. After a few minutes of preheating, simply grill vegetables, mushrooms, fish, shrimp, minced meat and any other small or fragile food but also steaks, buns (breads) for burgers, skewers, entrecôtes, beef steaks, sausages, chipolatas, merguez and pieces of chicken.
- on gas if you want, for example, to transform a stove into plancha with this simple plate.  

For use on charcoal or wood barbecue, be sure to place the plate on a grill so as not to be in direct contact with the embers and only when there are no more flames. The heat of the embers heats the plate uniformly by radiation at high temperatures.
For use on a gas barbecue or even a stove, be sure to place the plate centered on the burner to heat it evenly. This prevents thermal shock between a hot point and a cold point on one side of the plate.
This plate goes from the kitchen to the table service with elegance, taken directly out of the oven or barbecue to present to your guests, cut and serve.
