12 cm individual vacherin ring with high edges and all stainless steel.
Suitable for vacherins, brioches, cheesecakes, pies and thick pies.  

Round circle with straight edges and 6 cm high. The internal face is perfectly smooth for a perfect presentation.
Stainless steel spring allowing easy demolding. The thickness of 0.8 mm is adapted to undergo no deformation during use while promoting the transmission of heat.
Dimension engraved on the circle for quick and easy identification.  

Not suitable for liquid preparations.
Goes in the freezer as in the oven.
