32 cm SCANPAN TechnIQ Stratanium square roasting pan + nonstick induction guaranteed for life

32 "SCANPAN® TechnIQ non-stick Stratanium + high-rimmed roasting pan with induction and oven sides.  

This Scanpan TechniQ roasting pan has a shape and dimensions studied in collaboration with chefs to improve its use.
Like all roasting dishes, it goes on the plate including induction as in the oven, to brown a roast or other meat before finishing baking.
In addition, its high edges allow it to be used as a lasagna dish or gratin by taking advantage of its non-stick properties.
Its large surface area and all-round compatibility also makes it possible to grab a large piece of meat, a large fish or a series of fried eggs.  

Like other Scanpan appliances, this TechnIQ roasting pan is made from recycled cast aluminum cast and then squeezed to 250 tonnes to create a robust tank with optimum heat conductivity across its entire surface. Its bottom allows it to heat quickly and evenly even on induction.  

This roasting pan then undergoes a new treatment that allows the outstanding performance of its Stratanium + coating by improving durability and glide by 30%.
In addition to the titanium primer, which provides an extremely tough support for the non-stick coating, Scanpan has added a ceramic that offers a textured surface. The whole secret is there.
This very hard textured surface exceptionally hangs the anti-adhesive, which in fact becomes more resistant to wear (+ 30%).
Rather than a perfectly smooth surface that is completely in contact with food, this texture creates many small points of contact, limiting the surface in contact and improving the anti-adherence to cooking and cleaning (+ 30%).
The use of metal utensils is therefore perfectly possible in this roasting dish.
Stratanium + coating is guaranteed without PFOA.
