SCANPAN TechnIQ Stratanium + 26 cm Nonstick Induction Fryer guaranteed lifetime

TECHNIQ Bistro Induction ™ 26 "non-stick Stratanium + induction sauté pan, riveted stainless steel tail, high domed edges.  

This Scanpan TecnIQ curved pan has a shape and dimensions studied in collaboration with chefs to improve its use. Its shape with high and rounded edges makes it possible to sauté pasta and potatoes without overflowing. The generous rounding makes it easy to whisk and mix.
This jumper allows you to jump, fry, braise and simmer (lid sold separately).
The stainless steel egg processor (optional) with 6 removable non-stick compartments makes it easy to poach eggs.
The stainless steel compatible steam basket (optional) also allows you to steam with your skillet.  

Like other Scanpan appliances, this TechnIQ frying pan is made from recycled cast aluminum cast and then squeezed to 250 tons to create a robust tank with optimal heat conductivity across its entire surface. Its bottom allows it to heat quickly and evenly even on induction.  

This jar tank then undergoes a new treatment that allows the outstanding performance of its Stratanium + coating by improving durability and glide by 30%.
In addition to the titanium primer, which provides an extremely tough support for the non-stick coating, Scanpan has added a ceramic that offers a textured surface. The whole secret is there.
This very hard textured surface exceptionally hangs the anti-adhesive, which in fact becomes more resistant to wear (+ 30%).
Rather than a perfectly smooth surface that is completely in contact with food, this texture creates many small points of contact, limiting the surface in contact and improving the anti-adherence to cooking and cleaning (+ 30%).
The use of metal utensils is therefore perfectly possible in this jumper.
Stratanium + coating is guaranteed without PFOA.  

This TechnIQ skillet has a riveted stainless steel handle that stays cool and has a hook-and-loop hole. The length and straight shape of the tail makes it easier to carry the jumper by wedging the tail under the arm to lighten the load. The curved top provides a good grip and great comfort to use. The stainless steel tail allows a passage in the oven.
