Wok in steel of 32 cm with tail lined with wooden plates. Everything is protected by natural beeswax.
This wok is ideal for a natural and dietary cuisine that requires little fat and respects the original flavors of food.  

Iron wok formed in a 2 mm thick pressed steel sheet.
The raw steel bowl is being blended over time and use to gain protection and improve anti-slip.
The absence of non-stick coating makes it a healthy and environmentally friendly product extremely durable, not fearing high temperatures, thermal shocks or scratches. So you can heat strong, fast, deglaze and use metal utensils or knives safely.
Naturally compatible with induction, this jumping wok goes on all fires without heat bottom reported. Thermal shocks are not a problem.
After a first culoup, this wok gains in ease of use with each use.
Do not put in the dishwasher or use abrasive or strong detergent to avoid damaging the natural coating and prevent rust. A passage with hot water with a little soap is enough, then it must be well dried and oiled before storage.  

The steel strip tail is varnished. It has a hanging hole for storage. Bolt-proof fastening with rivets. For optimum comfort, two waxed beech boards are riveted to the handle and stay cool in all circumstances. The beech wood comes from French forests in the PEFC certified Vosges.
On this large wok, a riveted metal counter-handle is mounted for a more practical grip.  

All fires including induction, quick oven pass possible.
