Choose the desired temperature to the degree close to 21 to 90 ° C and adjust the humidity from 60 to 80% for an optimal and reproducible result at will.

The 3 recorded modes also offer the possibility of making yoghurts and simmering dishes:
- wet mode which controls the temperature and humidity level for the raising of bread doughs, pizzas, brioches and pastries,
- the dry mode which offers a mild and adjusted temperature for yogurts and other fermentations such as fresh cheese, kefir, kombucha, tempeh,
- the slow cooker mode which allows you to cook your dishes slowly and with gentle heat in order to preserve their tastes and nutrients, in the "Slow Cooking" mode. It is also very economical since the device consumes only a few cents of electricity per hour.
