The inside of the lid is not enamelled to regulate the humidity and to cook mellow breads with the perfect crust.
Simple to use, simply place ciabatta bread dough pieces in the imprints provided for this purpose in the dish, place the lid and put everything in the oven.
The bottom of the imprints that will give shape to your two ciabattas is striated so that the bread does not stick to the mold and the air circulates well during cooking.
The lid creates the right amount of moisture needed to bake bread in the oven.
The holes on the lid allow the carbon dioxide in the dough to escape during cooking to obtain a crisp and thin crust and a flexible and airy crumb.  

This Ciabatta bread pan can also be used to bake traditional bread.  

The mold is dishwasher safe.
