This kit includes everything you need for your canned kimchi and other fermented vegetables:
- 2 500 ml glass jars. and 1 liter with metal screw caps and lids made in France,
- 1 clamp in beech wood made in France to place and collect the vegetables in the jar,
- 1 stainless steel canned colander to recover the lactofermentation juice, excellent for reactivating the intestinal flora,
- 24 self-adhesive and water-soluble labels to easily mark your pots,
- a Tom Press recipe sheet with our advice for successful fermentations.
