This stainless steel blade is made from Swedish Sandvik 12C27 steel and has a hardness level in excess of 56-57 HRC. The dual material handle is made from a polypropylene core that is waterproof and rigid, covered with elastomere that is more supple and comfortable to hold, with studied ergonomics that limit musculoskeletel disorders.
