Tamagoyaki omelette pan (meaning "cooked eggs"), rectangular, in coated aluminum.
This pan, black in color, is 15 cm wide, 18 cm long, 3,5 cm high and has a bottom diameter of 14 cm. It has a capacity of 2 liters and weighs less than 500 g. which makes it light and manageable.
This Tamagoyaki pan has the distinction of having 2 non-stick layers for a thickness of 3 mm.
The bottom is 18% stainless steel and the handle is bakelite.
Compatible with all fires including induction. Dishwasher safe.
It is perfect for preparing the famous sweet and savory omelette roll, typical of Japan.
