This pane is made of HR ceramic (High Resistance), which allows it to withstand extreme temperatures, from -20 ° C to + 270 ° C.
So you can put it in the oven, but also in the microwave and put it in the dishwasher.
The ceramic is coated with a red enamel that gives a glazed surface smooth, easy to clean, very resistant and allowing the use of knives and other metal utensils. This advantage combined with a successful aesthetic can serve the same dish, adding a visual appearance that will sublimate your pies during their presentation.
