This is a first for ceramics. Although there are dishes and utensils ceramic compatible with induction, but with significant fragility and manufacturing processes that do not allow for large series.
After several years of research, precision technologies especially for the very precise cooking, an advanced ceramic was developed by Emile Henry and makes it possible to obtain a traditional dish of high quality with in addition new characteristics that one found in other materials such as cast iron.
This ceramic goes on all fires such as flame, oven, electric hob and ceramic hob, but also induction hobs, even with the booster function, without it weakens the tajine dish. It is therefore possible to heat it quickly and strongly without fear of distorting or weakening the dish and thus maximize the benefits of induction.
