Bag of 205 grams of olive wood chips. Smoking chips 0.5 to 1 cm.
This wood comes from Andalusian olive roots dried naturally in the sun for 2 years without additives.  

These chips are consumed slowly and constantly and will develop a strong smoke.  

Olive wood gives your food the intensive, slightly flavored taste of olive. It is this wood that beach restaurants in Andalusia use to prepare their fish.
These chips will bring a mild aroma and a Mediterranean flavor to the smoke and your food.  

Ideal for smoking foods such as: pork, poultry, fish, beef, lamb, vegetables, sausages and cheese.  

Recommendations for use:
Allow a handful of chips to soak for 30 minutes in clear water.
Wrap them in a sheet of aluminum leaving both ends open.
Place the aluminum foil on the embers or flame.
As soon as the chips begin to smoke, place your meat, fish or vegetables (or several foods together) on the barbecue.
Suitable for all types of barbecues.  

As part of the rejuvenation and maintenance of the plantations, the wood used comes from different parts of the tree: branches, trunk and roots.
