Pack of 130 grams of sawdust. Fine shavings of smoking from 0,5 mm -1cm.
This sawdust is made from orange wood that has been naturally dried in the sun for 2 years without additives.  

This sawdust burns slowly and constantly thanks to its fine particles and will develop a strong smoke.  

It will bring a sweet aroma and a Mediterranean flavor to the smoke.
Your food will have a fruity and fresh citrus taste. Orange wood is traditionally used in the Valencia region to prepare Paella.  

Ideal for smoking hot and cold foods.
Suitable for all types of smoking rooms except electrical.
The wood is well protected in its resealable packaging.  

As part of the rejuvenation and maintenance of the plantations, the wood used comes from different parts of the tree: branches, trunk and roots.
