It allows you to dehydrate food on a total surface of 3 m².
This surface is distributed on 12 stainless steel trays of 40x60x1,5 cm with an interval of 3 cm between each tray.  

The dehydrator is mounted on 4 adjustable feet in height to ensure maximum stability.
A 3.5 "touch screen allows you to check the progress of your drying (time, temperature,% humidity).
With a power of 2.1 kW, its temperature is adjustable to the degree up to 70 ° C.
Antibacterial UV filters for impeccable hygiene.  

This dehydrator has 2 modes of operation selectable on the touch screen:  

- automatic: the device is supplied with standard drying programs but which still allows the user to intervene at any time on the temperature.  

- manual: you can manually manage the drying temperature in real time and you also manage the dehydration time.
Thanks to the glass door, you can observe your food to determine for yourself whether your drying is good.  

The electronic system of the device permanently controls the evacuation of moisture.
The 4 fans optimize the speed, the efficiency and the homogeneity of the drying.
This unit is equipped with air filters in and out of the drying chamber to prevent insects and dust from entering and disrupting sanitary conditions.
The dehydration chamber is perfectly insulated to increase the drying efficiency. It also saves energy.
Superior hygiene thanks to UV-C filters which reduce the bacterial load of the products, for an even more professional result.
