Base for the preparation of sorbet.

This mixture is ideal for obtaining fruit sorbets with a creamy texture, which can be worked with a spatula, for several days. Your sorbets are tasty, with natural fruit taste and color.
This base provides excellent stability to thermal shock.  

Preparation for fruit sorbets
Recipe with aromas: 80g of base, 200g of sugar, 850ml of water and 100 of aromatic paste.
Recipe with fresh fruit: basic 80g, 200g sugar, 420g fresh fruit, 420ml water.  

Method: pour all the ingredients into a container, mix everything with a mixer and pour the mixture obtained into the ice cream maker.
Ingredients: glucose syrup, dextrose, sugar, emulsifiers (E471, E472b, E477), stabilizers (E417, E466, E440).
The mixture contains neither milk nor fat.
