Stainless steel griddle plate.
The first specific asset of this plancha is its stainless steel plate. It is made of food grade 304 L stainless steel and is 4 mm thick. Its raised edges added to its transverse reinforcement bar and its thickness give it excellent rigidity. Unlike low quality plates, it will not be veiled or distorted.
Stainless steel, easy to maintain and resistant, can stay outside any time even by the sea. Odors disappear between two dishes at the same time as the cooking juices. For that, cold water to deglaze on the hot plate before wiping it will give you an impeccable result.
In the middle of the lower edge of the griddle is the hole for the removal of grease and cooking juices. The turn of this evacuation is stamped to allow the juice to evacuate implément, without stagnating around the orifice.
The width of the plancha of 50 cm and its depth of 40 cm give you a good work space to cook for 6 to 8 guests.

Powerful 4 kW stainless steel burners with thermocouple.
The second essential point for a gas griddle is its burners. Indeed, they must be well sized and distributed to heat the plate quickly and uniformly.
The two independent U-shaped stainless steel burners with 2,000 watts each ensure a rapid rise in temperature over the entire stainless steel hob. A galvanized metal plate under the burners acts as a heat reflector to accelerate the temperature rise and limit the loss of calories.
Each burner is independently adjustable by a large control knob on the front panel.
The ignition is done by a piezoelectric powered by a LR06 battery supplied with the plancha.
Each burner is equipped with a thermocouple for added security.
The plancha works with butane gas or propane gas that is connected to the threaded inlet at the back of the plancha.
The burners are guaranteed for 5 years.  

18/10 stainless steel cladding.
All the cladding, including the control panel and the sides are in 18/10 non-ferritic stainless steel. That is, this stainless steel is particularly resistant to corrosion.
The set, front and side, is stainless steel.
At the front, you will find the juice drawer and large capacity grease which is also all stainless steel and is dishwasher safe.  

Resistant structure.
The lower bottom of the plancha is made of galvanized steel plate resistant to moisture and rust.
The four large soft pads support the plancha and are adjustable to adapt to all surfaces, even rugged as in the garden.
