Vegetable ash to color the outside of your cheese.

This vegetable ash is used to color the outside of your cheeses in gray.
This natural colorat is mainly used for lactic cheeses but is just as compatible with all other cheeses.  

To use it, the bottle must be filled with mineral water without gas to form 60ml of solution to make between 30 and 60 cheeses.  

Shake the bottle well then cut the end of the dropper to dose.
Then pour a few drops on the cheese and distribute them with a paper towel.  

This ash must be stored in its original packaging, in a cool place at 4 ° C.
It is recommended to use it within 18 months, following its Best Use Limit Date.
Once the solution is formed, the flask can be stored at 4 ° C. for 4 months.
