45 cm hot pizza press.  

Save time and train your pizzas quickly, in a hurry.
The heated discs press the dough from 100 to 500 g. to form the pizza. With this shaper, get a round pizza with a thin edge or thick "sidewalk" in one go. The chrome cast iron heating discs give a smooth and hand-shaped pizza, traditionally and adjust to obtain the desired thickness.
Finally, this pizza press is compact and easy to clean.
Temperature adjustment of the lower and upper independent discs. If the paste hangs, just increase the temperature. No need to flour or oil the pressing discs.
380 Volt three-phase power supply.  

New 2018 model with improved specifications:

- new system for shaping the sidewalk edge with bevel on the discs.
