Hurom Chef GI series horizontal worm electric juice extractor.
This extractor is a 4 in 1 model: 4 functions for 1 extractor. You can make juices, grind, squeeze or make pasta.  

With its slow rotation system that avoids heating food, it allows you to make juices by keeping all the nutrients and vitamins.
This horizontal model is very advantageous for the extraction of fibrous vegetables and fruit (celery, rhubarb), there is less risk that the food remains stuck in the pressing system. It is also easy to assemble and disassemble thanks to the release button of the pressing system.   


How to use this juice extractor?  

2 different trunks to use according to the chosen ingredients:
- the trunk for juicing fruits and vegetables
- the trunk intended for grinding herbs and spices and for making pasta  

To make juices, use the trunk provided to extract juice. You introduce your ingredients into the hopper and push yourself with the pusher provided. The juice flows through the juice outlet and the residues are evacuated by the pulp outlet. A press-fit button, placed at the end of the pressing system, allows you to adjust the pressing level (from 1 to 5) according to the ingredients used. For example, if there is too much juice flowing with the pulp, you can tighten the tip by choosing a high level.  

To grind your herbs and spices, choose the trunk provided for this purpose. You introduce your ingredients into the hopper and push yourself with the pusher provided.  

To make your pasta, you have 4 different tips: a thin tip, thick, flat and cylindrical. So you can choose the shape of your pasta (spaghetti, tagliatelle ...). You introduce the dough and push with the pusher provided. When your pasta comes out of the mouthpiece, you cut them the length you want.
