The body of the pan SCANPAN Pro IQ is made of recycled aluminum cast and pressed to 250 tons. Solid, this material leads in addition very well heat and allows not to have hot spots but on the contrary a uniform temperature at any point of the jumper and quickly on all types of fires including induction.

The patented Stratanium® non-stick coating is designed by Scanpan and is unique in the world. A titanium primer allows exceptional adhesion of 3 layers of non-stick coating, which allows a resistance never seen, even using metal utensils in the hot pan (spatula, spoon ...). The use of knives or forcing very strongly will mark the pan, or even a notch on the coating, but it will remain in place and will not deteriorate more and will not "jump". The coating is guaranteed without PFOA.

The elegant and ergonomic riveted tail of the Pro IQ Series is stainless steel and stays cool even when your Pro IQ pan is on high heat for extended periods of time. It is also ovenproof. Its fastening by rivets ensures a solidity to all tests.  

The lid provided is tempered glass, both resistant and transparent to follow your cooking. The elegant finish of the stainless steel surround fits perfectly with the line of the range. The large solid stainless knob is also matched with the tail of the pan and offers a pleasant grip while remaining cold.
