Reber electric mixer of 400W with a capacity of 1.5 kg of dough (1 kg of flour and 0.5 l of liquid).
The AISI 316 stainless steel propeller has a rotation speed of 50 revolutions per minute which makes it possible to make the preparation in 3 minutes leaving the tank clean.
The plastic food bowl (without bisphenol) is removable for easy cleaning.
The lid of the tank is equipped with small openings to add liquid without stopping the kneading.
This kneader is fully streamlined in stainless steel AISI 430 which fully protects the mechanism of impurities and increases the safety of the user.
A safety switch prevents the mixer from starting if the tank lid is not closed.   


Tom Press is approved by France and Benelux by Reber.
