Pusher cut washers for mandolins.
This accessory fits on all De Buyer mandolin trolleys to keep long vegetables like carrots, zucchini and cucumbers in order to prune them from the beginning with the pusher, in complete safety. No more wounds slipping with a carrot a little hard to cut. Insert it into the pusher tube and then simply go back and forth safely.
At the end of the race or for small vegetables, the pusher supplied suffices by its weight to push the vegetables to cut them with each round-trip of the trolley.
This accessory thus reinforces the safety of cutting for many vegetables and fruits and facilitates the cutting of carrots, zucchini, cucumber, radish, mushroom, cherry tomatoes, shallots and small onions, black radish, etc.
