The combustion and cooking chamber is lined in stainless steel AISI 430 and insulated with a layer of rock wool in the lining to keep the heat for cooking, with a slow and regular return. The floor is paved with refractory bricks, also allowing good insulation and excellent heat recovery, soft and over time to succeed in cooking pizza pasta and bread crisp and well cooked to heart.
Its reduced weight of 105 kg and its wheels make it easy to move and transport and can be placed on a balcony easily.
The dimensions of the cooking chamber give it the ability to cook up to 5 kg of bread or 3 pizzas simultaneously.
