Manual mechanical multi-purpose mincer for mincing, chopping or mixing ingredients.
Simply pull the handles for the blades to turn.
Pull 3 to 5 times to chop coarsely, 8 to 10 times to chop finely and 20 times to make a fine purée.
The two blade support arms hold the ingredients at blade level.
Practical, high performance and compact, this mini mincer is easy to store. Ideal for one person, as a spare mincer, when camping or travelling.
Patented Swiss multi-blade cutting system (SwizzzProzzz) combining fixed and mobile blades for a high performance cut.
The bowl has a 75 cm capacity.
Dishwasher safe, but the lid should be washed by hand.
