Ambiorix must concentrate for amber beer.
This concentrate allows you to make 15 litres of the summer Belgian beer Abiorix, with its tangy yet sweet taste.

Alcohol: 6.5% vol.


USE

Dilute the must with water and sugar, brew, add yeast and leave to ferment in a sheltered place at between 15 and 20°C. After 1 to 2 weeks, transfer the beer, taking care not to drain the deposit, mix with sugar and bottle. This sugar will create the bubbles and foam when the bottle is opened, after maturing for 2 to 3 months.
