Retro Tom Press 250 mm manual slicer with a stainless steel tray.
The tray goes forwards and backwards by itself for your safety. The manual adjustment of the thickness of the slices is up to 1/10th of a millimeter, so you can cut very thin slices.
The bit allows you to secure the food you are going to cut and it has several pins that hold the piece being cut. The bit has a rod at the front and back that adapts to the food you are cutting and can hold it in the best way possible.
Several of the parts of this slicer can be removed to facilitate cleaning.
You can slice pieces that are up to 185 mm long and 150 mm tall.
Integrated reversible sharpener and refiner.
