15 g of baker´s yeast
2 eggs
150 g of butter
120 g of chestnuts
50 g of dark chocolate
20 g of candied orange peel
for the icing:
150 g of dark chocolate
80 g of butter
20 g of candied orange in cubes


Material:
1 kougelhopf tin
1 food processor or kneader
1 bowl for bain-marie melted chocolate
1 cooling rack for tarts and cakes
1 pastry brush
1 rubber spatula
1 large chopping knife
