This ceramic terrine dish has an internal wall that is coated in extremely hard enamel that will not crack over time. You can slice the food directly in the dish as it is resistant to shocks and chips. Cooked at 1 100°C, the clay and enamel become very resistant to heat and cold. You can take your dish out of the freezer (-20°C) and place it directly in a traditional oven that has been pre-heated to 250°C or into your microwave. Dishwasher safe.
