26 cm pancake pan in thick aluminium with non-stick 5 layer PTFE.
This pan has a strong magnetic aluminium bottom. Its thickness provides better heat resistance and a regular rise in temperature.
It also offers high abrasion resistance and has a non-stick coating. The strip steel handle is firmly riveted and covered with heat resistant epoxy.
Suitable for all hobs including induction hobs.
