1 dose treats 5 litres of milk that transforms into 2 tommette cheeses*.
A total of 50 litres of milk can be transformed into tommette cheese.
Each dose is packaged in an individual tube. No measuring problems.
This product was developped after several years of research to find a product that is easy to use and store, is effective and well balanced. It is a unique concept that combines natural ingredients selected from France and Holland and from traditional cheese manufacturers to make uncooked cheese with rinds.
You can use cow, goat or sheep´s milk…

Conservation:
Each dose is packaged in an individual tube. Unopened tubes can be stored for 6 months in the refrigerator between 2° and 4° C or for 2 years in a freezer at -18° C without alteration of the components for absolute efficiency.
After the best-before date, the fermenting agents are decreasingly effective.

Composition:
rennet, lactic acid bacteria, ripening fermenting agents, calcium chloride and excipient milk powder.
