1 dose treats 5 litres of milk to transform into 10 small refined cheeses*.
A total of 50 litres of milk can be transformed into cheese.
Each dose is packaged in an individual tube. No measuring problem.
This product was developped after several years of research to find a product that is easy to use and store, is effective and well balanced. It is a unique concept combining natural ingredients which are selected in France from traditional cheese manufacturers.
You can use cow, goat, sheep or camel milk…

Conservation:
Unopened tubes can be stored for 6 months in the refrigerator between 2 and 4° C or for 2 years in a freezer at -18 ° C without alteration of components for absolute efficiency.
After the best-before date, the fermenting agents become less effective.

Composition:
rennet, lactic acid bacteria, ripening fermenting agents, calcium chloride and excipient milk powder.
