Sterilise your jars of preserves and choose the exact sterilisation time using the timer with automatic stop.
The tap is very practical when it comes to emptying the sterilisation water.

Ideal for frequent use pasteurising fruit juice, for amateur brewers, or as a semi-industrial yoghurt machine.
It is also possible to keep drinks warm or to pasteurise juice and draw it from the tap.

TIP
To avoid breakages among the jars, in particularly when there is a lot of space between them, stuff rags between the jars or wrap each one in a tea towel.
