Each measure comes in an individual tube. No measuring problems.
This exceptional product was created after several years of research into finding a product that is easy to use and store, efficient and well-balanced. It brings together the necessary rennet and enzymes for making cheese in the shape of easy to use powder.

Unopened tubes can be kept for 6 months in the fridge between 2 and 4°C or for 2 years in a freezer at -18°C without altering the components that ensure absolute efficiency.
Once the recommended use by date has passed, the enzymes will be less effective.
