Professional paella burner - 40 cm - with thermocouples.
Burner with 3 rings for indoor use.
With double perforation of the interior rings, the flames come out of the tubes on both sides. Increased power and better heat distribution, these burners are recommended when perfect control over cooking is required.
The conentric burners can be adjusted separately with an individual tap.
There are 2 taps with a thermocouple: 1 for the two small internal rings, 1 for the outer ring.
The burner is equipped with a threaded connector to attach a bottle of butane or propane gas or to connect to natural gas.
Suitable for pans measuring from 30 to 65 cm.
