Kit containing the material for making processed meats at home for the family.
Material for processing a half pig or an entire pig including:
- one n°12 Reber meat grinder with capacity of 60 to 100 kg/hour with a 6 mm plate (pâtés, minces).
- one 3 litre sausage stuffer for putting sausages in casing.
- two additional plates for the grinder with holes measuring 3 mm (mousses and fine pâtés) and 12 mm (saucissons and coarse grinding).
- one inverted back boning knife measuring 13 cm.
- one professional grease removing pistol cleaner 750 ml. for hygiene and material that is always impeccable.
