A slicer for cutting big cold meats, cheese, bread and fish.
Pressure moulded aluminium base, blade protector, tray and moving carriage in oxidised aluminium. Blade carrier is mounted on a double ball bearing tray with a belt, professional 350 mm tempered and ground hard chrome steel blade.
The thickness of the cut is adjustable up to 18 mm.
Easy disassembly of the pieces for cleaning.
Includes a sharpener.
