Gas plancha with 1 burner, 3,200 W, enamelled. Made in France.
This plancha cooking plate can cook over its entire heating surface. It has a button to adjust temperature, with a slow position, as well as piezzo gas lighting.
The cooking surface in enamelled steel that is 10 mm thick measures 39x38 cm and complies with French NF food norms.
The steel burner is star shaped for homogenous heat distribution.
There is a 1 litre juice recovery basin at the front so that you can use the cooking juices.
Stainless steel body.Adjustable legs for maximum safety.
Mounted butane/propane injector and a natural gas injector is included.
